You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting an electrician, verifying their credentials, and entering into any service agreement with them. Any disputes arising from work performed by an electrician must be resolved directly between you and that electrician.
All content on our platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, educational articles, and software — is the property of EV Electrical or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Electricians whose listings are removed due to violations of these Terms, fraudulent information, or failure to maintain required licenses will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
